Southern Ridge is a new company, and our first flagship build is currently underway. A full project showcase is on the way — here's what we're working on right now.
A ground-up, 48-unit townhome development in Nashville, TN — Southern Ridge's flagship project as we bring the company to market. Our model unit is complete and move-in ready, and framing wrapped on the final units this past week. We're managing the full scope, from site work and grading through final finishes, across the rest of the community.
Units range from one to four bedrooms, each with a private rooftop deck.
