Founded in 2026, Southern Ridge Construction is a new name backed by a team with 20+ years of combined experience in the field — built on the idea that clients deserve a contractor they can reach directly, who treats every project with the same level of care.
Southern Ridge Construction is a newly founded general contracting and design/build firm — but the name is the only thing that's new. Our backgrounds span architecture and construction management, including years spent delivering commercial and residential projects for some of the region's larger general contractors. We started Southern Ridge because we wanted full ownership over both the work and how it's run — the freedom to build the way we believe a project should be built, and to be directly accountable for every decision along the way. Southern Ridge is a name we simply liked, and one we're proud to build a reputation around.
Right now, that experience is going into our flagship project: Wildwood Heights, a 48-unit townhome community currently under construction. Every project we take on is built around honesty and clarity — clients should always know exactly where their budget and schedule stand, because it's their money and their project on the line. We treat every job site as guests of the client's property, which means clean, professional, organized work from day one, and we hold every subcontractor we bring on to that same standard.
