A ground-up, 48-unit townhome development in Nashville, TN — our flagship project as we bring Southern Ridge to market. Units range from one to four bedrooms, each with a private rooftop deck. Our model unit is complete and move-in ready, and framing wrapped on the final units this past week. We're continuing through final finishes across the rest of the community, with more progress photos coming as additional units are completed.
